poor service

Its now 13:38. Been standing in the queue for snacks since 13:20. 8 more people ahead of me. Bought our tickets before 13:00 already. Movie starts at 13:30. Only 2 cashiers. How ****ing ridiculous is this. The line has now grown much longer behind me. This is not good service, it's pathetic. Ruining the experience even before the movie starts.
