Poor Service

My partner and I went to Ster Kinekor Eastgate to go watch a movie, we were assisted by Sue the manager in selecting our seat, we wanted the love seat of which we choose. Upon our arrival to sit inside the theatre seating arrangements was not corresponding to the seating arrangements when selecting your seats. Meaning the seat we chose was not the love seat as stated on the deck and on our ticket, therefore our seat number was totally different to what we chose.<br> <br> I would like to ask Ster Kinerkor to please up their service and not to mislead customers with surprises.<br> It is not only happening at the Eastgate branch but also in other areas such as Rosebank to mention one.<br> <br> Totally unhappy with the service and poor attention to detail. <br> <br> Just goes to prove that NU Metro still takes pride with their service
