Poor service

Yesterday it was 50% and I booked online only to be charged full price. Tried calling the call centre 3 times as the machine told me the agents are busy I should leave my number and they will call back. Eventually i got through and the agent Thokozani Zwane told me to send my details to *** and I'll be refunded. Till now I'm not. I need my R147 that was overcharged
