Poor service

Whilst I know that valentines day is going to be busy, especially when you have booked to see a movie that everyone wants to see, we opted for the prestige option to avoid all that. We were wrong! <br> <br> When booking eats, cinema was out of water, smarties and nachos. We were given stale popcorn, had to wait 45 mins for cold drinks and sweets and this was after numerous complaints. I was told that they ran out of cups, straws, etc. and were running around trying to sort the problem out. Unfortunately not my problem!<br> <br> When we eventually received our cold drinks and were disturbed during the movie, the order was wrong (and this is done all electronically and paid for upfront) so had to repeat our order, missing part of the movie, to make sure it was finally right.<br> <br> R160 for a movie night is seriously ridiculous money which I don't mind paying if you receive the proper service you pay extra for! <br> <br> Bad form Ster-Kinekor Cavendish!! Disappointed!!! And I'm a regular movie goer!!
