Poor Security!

I am very disappointed with the service from Ster Kinekor Baywest. I have been hearing that some people are watching movies for free. I then witnessed that myself! I was sitting in the movie theater then a woman came in and she started complaining that her seat was taken. She called security and told him that another women was sitting there with her two children using 3 seats but only had 1 ticket! Security then told the women to move with her children to the row above which was vacant! I was so shocked, instead of putting her out he tells her to sit in the row above!
