Poor Quality Product

<p>My husband and I went to the Prestige Cinema in Sterkinekor Cavendish, Claremont on Sunday 21 August 2016. The tickets are very expensive for a movie, but we felt like spoiling ourselves as it was our 9 month wedding anniversary. We ordered popcorn and it was basically inedible- so rubbery it literally tasted like it was left over from Friday night. The price of the popcorn itself is outrageous (almost R30) for a medium tub, but you buy it as the movie experience would not be quite the same without it. We were so dissapointed and it really put a damper on the whole experience. On top of that, the staff were frantic and running around like headless chickens (one even bumped into me and just about knocked me over.) The luxury movie theatre itself was AMAZING, but the overall experience was definetly not up to the standard I expected and not worth an almost R400 outing. STALE POPCORN AT THAT PRICE IS JUST NOT ON. </p>
