Poor quality of picture and subsequent service

On the 23rd of December, my family and I went to see the Star Wars movie at the Cedar Square complex. The experience left us very unsatisfied. First, the film was extremely dark (the projector used was far too under-powered). We could barely see anything. Moreover, the film was out of focus for the first 25 minutes.
