POOR! POOR! CUSTOMER SERVICE

i went to Ster-Kinekor South Gate on the 17th March for the 14:00 movies, I purchased my tickets and snacks on the self service kiosk, I bought 3 extra Large Popcorn and 5 Jumbo Smarties, upon collection I as informed they have only 4 Jumbo Smarties in stock and they are out of stock, they gentleman assisting me advised that he would go check while I watch my movie, after my movie at around 16:00 I then approached the counter to get the packet of Smarties, to be told the guy who was serving me has knocked off and did not leave a message/note for my purchased Jumbo smarties, I asked for the manager (female) who told me its my word against the cashiers and they have no proof what was bought and what is remaining, I showed her my slip which she took and said she would be in contact to resolve the matter, she took my contact details, to this day I have not received a call from South Gate Ster-kinekor for a refund/collection of the Smarties. I feel the manner in which this was handled lacked professionalism and customer initiate service, if the systems providing self service are not in sync with the cashiers it should not be the customers fault and inconvenience,
