Poor pathetic service

Pathetic pathetic pathetic customer service . .. This business is not user friendly . There are no contact details for each different branch. The emails are not responded to, the customer care line is not being answered , the call back service no body calls you back !The head office people never call back even after speaking to them. It's pathetic in these times we are living in we can do with an online chat, Whatsapp chat or even different branch contact details! Ooooh worse service I've ever received in this country.
