poor movie quality

The worse ever experience I had. took my kinds to go watch Sonic. The movie was dark from the beginning as if it was a low budget movie. our eyes was hurting and everyone was complaining of the strain on their eyes. I went to call someone to assist and the guy said totally nothing just walked with me. he went in the cinema and stood there for few seconds and left. No one did anything or even had the decency to apologies for the poor quality of movie. I will not go there ever again with my kids the guy was not helpful at all
