Poor management of a cancelled movie

We went to watch the 5pm Imax screening of Star Wars. We were left waiting outside in a crowded area with no communication of what the problem was. 20 minutes later, a lady comes out to say they will make a decision and let us know in 10 minutes. We had to wait over an hour for vouchers to be handed out and we weren't refunded for the drinks and popcorn we bought. This is terrible service, no regard for the costumers time and poor management of the situation. Poor start for their new flagship cinema
