Poor Management

21/02/2015.<br> <br> My wife and i were out and decided to catch a quick movie, mainly due to the fact that we just felt like popcorn.<br> <br> So we booked tickets for the (if i`m not mistaken) 17:30 show, so we got there a little late and the popcorn queue was crazy, hardly moving and hundreds of people. I told her we could go into the movie and then i would come back out and get popcorn, drinks etc.<br> <br> So i waited in the queue for what seems like forever (on a Saturday there are 2 people behind the counter ???) Wow! anyways be that as it may i eventually got everything and headed back.<br> <br> Go into the cinema and 10 minutes later load shedding - How is it possible that in this day and age you dont advertise that in the event of load shedding you dont have a generator or any other means of making a plan?<br> <br> So basically we are told that there is load shedding and we can leave ? or we can wait in a queue to get our ticket stamped and we can come back whenever ?<br> <br> So we paid R124.00 for tickets, R120.00 for Popcorn and drinks and in return you provided us with 25 minutes of a movie and a box of popcorn and a slush puppy to walk around the shopping center with ??
