Poor information

Uniformed. I phoned them on Tuesday to find out if Secunda is showing during load shedding, i was informed that they don't and I should not book tickets. I wanted to surprise my kids with the show and on Tuesday nights it is not so expensive. Later when I went to the mall the Cinemas was open, i asked and they told me they do show during loadshedding. I was upset and I mailed head office to tell them that they misinformed me and that I am dissapointed. To my surprise I get a email back stating that secunda does not show during loadshedding, but according to secunda they do and they are open. This is misinforming the clients that want to support them.
