Poor customer service Ster Kinekor

On the 09/06 I booked and paid online for a movie showing at Cresta.<br> On the night, there was load shedding, so cinema was closed.<br> Initially I thought Ster Kinekor would rectify and refund automatically as they clearly knew about the load shedding that night.<br> After about a week with no refund and no msg, I called the call centre to find out the refund process.<br> The person attending to me was abrupt in demanding all my card and personal details, which I gave over the phone.<br> Weeks went by, nothing.<br> I called again and went through the same unhelpful service, and still nothing 6 weeks later?<br> Poor service Ster Kinekor :-(
