Poor Customer Service

I wanted to collect a Discovery Movie Card from Greenstone Mall - Ster Kinekor. Management advised that they don't stock and don't know when they will have stock. I have phoned their Head Office and spoken to Precious and i am still non the wiser. It has now almost been three (3) months still no joy. The Manager at Greenstone has also not returned my calls. Very disappointed in such a big organisation.
