Poor and slow service
For both, John Wick 3 and Lion King, we purchased our tickets and combos online as we knew that it was premiere weekend and queues would be long. Despite the online purchase, we had to wait for 40 minutes in a queue to get our combo. Service was extremely slow and the staff unfriendly at both Greenstone and Festival mall. We missed the beginning of both movies due to slow service
