POOR 2D VIEWING SERVICE AT EASTGATE MALL

I am a regular at Ster Kinekor East Gate Mall.I predominately watch prestige however yesterday (19/01/2018) I watched Molly's Game at 14:45 2D. During the movie my viewing experience kept being interrupted by late walk ins,but this did not bother it happens. However the employees kept coming in and switching on a light with their cellphones to bring food and drinks for the late comers.This was very disturbing as the light kept disturbing my viewing and it happened twice. I did not enjoy my viewing experience. I reported the matter to the manager on duty Ntombi who also agreed that what happened was wrong. I was not compensated with a complimentary ticket which I felt should have happened.
