Points Allocation

I went to the movies on 13 July 2018 and spend R436.00 + R332.50 = R768.50. I checked my card and noticed that i have not accumulated any points. It is very disappointing because this is not the first time. I have reported this before and i was given excuses as to why they could not resolve the issue and i let that go. It is very unfortunate because i have been loyal to Ster-Kinekor since 2005 and in all these years i have never benefited from this points card at all.

I went again on the 29 July 2018 and the points for that day also don't reflect.

This is very disappointing.
