Please liquidate Ster-Kinekor

I have been struggling the whole morning to book tickets for my family on Ster-Kinekor's website, and after I had to phone them, and met with a rude and unhelpful person on the other end of the phone, I thought I will take a bit more time and right a review.

Problem 1: Ster-Kinekor does not allow you to register more than one person using the same email address for SK club- why is this a problem? Because we have children, that does not have email addresses.

Problem 2: If you book 4 tickets online, it is not possible to add 4 Ster-Kinekor SK club members, you can only add 2. Apparently, you have to book on two different devices. Not only is this inconvenient but someone else can book tickets next to you after you completed the booking on the first device.

Problem 3: It is not possible to specify when booking online that it is children, i.e. you pay full adult price for children's tickets. This is called *****ing.

Ster-Kinekor telephone assistance advised me to book on two separate devices, When I told no, why don't they fix their website, I was informed that I should just go into the cinema and book my tickets. When I asked whether this feedback will be given to someone to fix, the answer was that calls are being recorded.

Ster-Kinekor, I am really sad that you are not going to be liquidated. Because if you were, maybe a company with a functioning online booking system would have replaced you. For now, it seems I will have to drive a bit further to Nu-Metro.
