Picture Quality

I go to movies regularly. Every now and then when I go to Ster-Kinekor I get a picture with quality that is so poor that it's not actually worth watching the movie. It's a bit like having a glass of coke that's flat. Maybe that doesn't bother some people but for me it ruins the whole experience.

The same thing happened again when I went to see the latest Star Wars. It's a visual movie, the least you can do it make sure your customers get a good quality picture. As Ster-Kinekor likes to tell us 'Always better on OUR big screen" and then they are too lame to keep their commitment. The irony is that it's always better on their competitors big screen. Anyway I chose not to stay and watch a sub-standard quality show. The manager reluctantly gave me a refund.

The bottom line is that Ster-Kinekor is generally a poorly run operation. The service at the counter is slow and the attitude sometimes slightly contemptuous. And then picture quality is often poor. Who needs it, I'll go somewhere else.

You'd expect more from Prime Media who own Ster-Kinekor. They always on about being fair and professional etc. We'll have a look at your Cinema operation, the way in which it's run leaves a lot to be desired.
