Pick-pocketed phone at Ster-kinekor Mall of Africa

My phone got pick-pocketed at the foyer of Ster-kinekor at Mall of Africa. There are cameras situated right where the incident happened so I asked the Manager to please assist me in getting the footage. She said she was waiting for access from the mall manager. This incident happened on Saturday 27th of August. She then said I should come back tomorrow. I came back and still they said that the manager hasn’t been able to access the footage and that the mall managers will be in on Monday. I left my contact details and asked them to please let me know once the footage has been accessed. I went back on Monday, there was hardly any people and no manager was there. Till today - it’s the 31st of August and still no one has contacted me about the footage. The manager has not contacted me at all. I even suspect that the two assistants that were with me at the foyer are working with the people who pick-pocketed me because they have not tried to help me at all and are reluctant to give me the footage. This is really heart-breaking and frustrating.
