Pepper sprayed at movies

On Friday the 4th of Octover, I had and incredibly traumatic experience at Ster kinekor Cavendish Square, pepper spray was released by some young men near the movies, apparently a floor down. Customers were panicking, running around coughing and complaining that they couldn't breathe. Management showed no urgency or concern and I had to beg for refund which then took 25mins. As an asthmatic I struggled and ended up having a really bad asthma and panic attack. It spoilt my whole evening, ended having to leave without seeing a movie, have dinner or anything. My chest this morning is very painful and tight. I'm just so shocked at the lack of urgency, customer service, management and health and safety awareness. This not the first time I have experienced lack of customer service or health and safety awareness at Ster Kinekor Cavendish Square.
