Pefetic service

My fianc? and I went to the movies last night. After purchasing the tickets we wanted to get popcorn and soft drinks. We waited for almost 10min in a very short line (to our frustration). When we got to the front, the lady asked if we are paying cash or card. After telling her with a card, she sends us to the self service machine. There were no indication that if you pay with card, you have to go there. No signs, nothing. After we helped ourselves at the self service machine, we had to wait in the line again for another 10min. This resulted in us missing al the trailers and almost missing the beginning of the movie. (And we love watching the trailers). We also wanted Whisper chocolates with our combo, just to find out they had no stock. This info would have been useful beforehand since we do not like the other options of sweets they had. When I addressed the issue to her, we got no reply. Just a flat ignore. This has not been the first time that we have received bad service from that branch, and due to this, we will not go back to Ster Kinekor again. We go to the movies often, but the frustration we experience there does not make it a pleasant experience for us anymore.
