PAY MY REFUND ASAP

On 30 July 2023 I subscribed to the SK fan club and I paid the R269 via eft and I paid for my tickets. On 31 July 2023 my account was debited further with R269. I called Wandile at customer services who asked me to write an email to *** and I promptly did that. I have not received any feedback except when I enquire and I am sent an email stating that the matter has been escalated. It's been 11 days now. It's unacceptable!
