Pay back my money pls #sterkenikor

I purchases tickets for Dr stranger's premier (may 2022 ) however there was loadshedding and did not watch the movie as a result...was asked to email/call the head office for a refund, I then called head office only to be told that they cannot assist as the movie has already and further advised me send my query via mail in which I did but still have not received feedback regarding the matter...i want my money back please
