Pathetic Ster kinekor
What a terrible experience with ster kinekor. Booked tickets to watch a movie only to be told on the day of my movie that the booking didn't go through. However I had the reference number and the money was taken out of my account. Requested a refund and I am still waiting two weeks later. I keep getting emails requesting information to process the refund and I keep giving them the information. Pathetic from ster kinekor really. Please give me my money back!
