Pathetic Servive

Hi. I wanted to book 3 tickets for Deadpool for Saturday via your ster kinekor app but i booked it for Friday by accident instead. I then try to contact your call center from my cell but was on hold for 30min with no answer. I then went to ster kinekor in tygervalley and informed me that they are unable to change my ticket dates and i need to contact the call center. I informed them that i have done that already with no answer. They then told me me they are unable to call the call center as their phones were blocked which i thought was ridiculous. I then proceeded to try and call your call center for a second time from my cell and i was on hold for 20min with no answer and the call died. I then put a complaint on facebook and got informed someone will contact me back and 2 days later still no response. This service is pathetic! A waste of my airtime, petrol and money! You are quick to take my money but provide a pathetic service. I want my money reimburse and i can assure you nu metro will be my movie theater of choice and i will inform every one i know to do the same.<br>
