Pathetic Service from SterKineor (Head office and Eastgate Mall)

Booked 8 IMAX tickets on Friday before the movie at 8pm on Saturday. Got to cinema Eastgate at 7pm, used their food /drinks kiosk which charged our credit cards 3 times without giving us the slip. Staff spent more than an hour trying to resolve but could not, eventually they just gave us combos which we paid for on their kiosk but we got into the movie 25mins after it started - Black Panther. Kids were very disappointed. They messed up our food and drink orders and did not give us the sweets for combos. It was too late to go ask as we missed so much of movie. They now apologised by giving us 8 x IMAX tickets but they refuse to fix the combos order.....PATHETIC SERVICE knowing we go to their Cinemas every week. I am moving my family to MonteCasino as Sterkinekor is useless...........
