Pathetic service from gateway ster-kinekor

One of the worst experiences i have ever had from the gateway branch. Very poor service from the staff and management. I ordered the pizza combo and Nutcracker in 3D. Asked if they can deliver the pizza to me cause my movie starts i was told no by both staff and manager. Instead of try to help me out cause they are very quiet at 9:00 am. The manger would rather give me a refund for the pizza and lose a customer. Then he says to me that i probably have not been to the movies in a long time if i still think the deliver pizza to customers. In this current economic time instead of holding on to customers and providing exceptional service that makes them one to come back an speak to others about. I now have to tell friends and family of my bad experience. Is your staff and manager trained on customer services? maybe they need to be trained again. Great Moments at the Greatest that is the sterkinekor saying in the case was the worst moment from your manager and staff. After this I would rather go to Nu Metro as well as tell everyone I know . Even after the movie I went to collect my pizza and the manager was no where to be seen . Pathetic service from staff to management.
