Pathetic service

I was utterly disappointed at Clearwater Mall Ster Kinekor yesterday 30 December 2024. I ordered tickets and snacks online to watch Mofasa with my daughter, when we got there we waited 30 minutes in line as there were only 2 people serving a long que of customers. Pathetic service during holiday time for a popular movie like Mofasa, you might as well close your doors clearly there is lack of management and proper planning. I was told managers are on leave.😭
