Pathetic Service and Management

Queues were extremely long and SLOW! Service at the COUNTER was disgusting! Forced to buy combos at the self service only to have to wait in a long queue to collect my order and then be told theres no stock of this and that!! Why offer combos if you have no stock??? No refund given, the lady pulled the popcorn out of my hand when I said I didn't want the alternate drink she was offering!! <br> <br> I've had bad experiences before at Ster Kinekor Gateway but yesterday was the SHOCKING!
