Pathetic Service

I called Ster Kinekor's customer service on the 11/08/2021 to purchase 2 movie ticket vouchers, i was then given a number for someone by the name of Kyle who apparently is the only person who can actually assist with these queries after trying to contact him on *** I was told he does not work every day and that there is not anyone else who could assist. I called back into the customer service department and was give his email address *** to rather contact him that way, I emailed no response I followed up and still no response. I called back into customer service today and was put on hold without any explanation thereafter the call was cut. Your customer service is absolutely pathetic
