Pathetic Service

Good Day on the 20th Feb 2016 , my family and I went to watch a movie at Ster-kinekor Gateway , it was about 30 minutes before the movie and the lines at the Popcorn was not long , we knew we had ample time to buy our popcorn and coke and still be seated in the movies, to our dissatisfaction we were only served about 45 minutes later as the staff member was absolutely slow with no urgency, the lines got longer and there were only 2 counters opened, when I went to explain to a staff member the situation and to kindly see the manager , she (whilst I was still conversing with her) walked away to the back and came back and bluntly said the manager is not around , and rudely walked away , this is not the first time this has happened and, there is no manager available to hear your grievance(the manager is always never there) , its the third time too many we have found ourselves in a similar situation , and the staff at SK Gateway are rude, and arrogant and never try to accommodate the customer or engage in friendly manner , and I am very certain that many other customers will feel the same , please change your attitude and improve your service delivery. <br> Kind Regards<br> Sathie
