Pathetic Service

Went to the gateway ster kinekor to watch a movie. Stopped at the pizza hut counter and there was no attendant. She came thru about 7 mins later. I ordered my pizza and asked if they cud deliver it to the cinema. She said they dont. I told her I waited in queue and there was no one der and that now I was delayed for my movie cos I had to wait for the pizza. In light og customer centricity they cud have brought it up cos they were not busy but at gateway there is no customer service. Very disappointed
