Pathetic service

We just went to the prestige movie cinema in Cavendish on the 29th December 2021 Cape Town to watch Spiderman at 10am show. We got in pass 10 as the place wasn't organized. 1 staff member checking food tickets and waited in a long line, once infront we were told to go into the cinema and our drinks and food aswell as 3d glasses would be brought in. 20 minutes into the movie still never received the 3D glasses. My fiance had to go back up and go and fetch it. 50minutes into the movie we still did not receive our food or drinks and my fiance had to go up and check again.. I think the service is pathetic yet you paying extra to get a comfy seat and get the best service yet it wasnt what we expected. I am disappointed and I want this sorted out we missed most of the movie from walking up and down and I want this refunded. I spent over R800 for this movie day for myself and daughter as well as my fiance.. We sat in row E7 E8 and E9. I want this resolved
