PATHETIC RESPONSE

On the 1st of April 2015 I received 2 separate emails for my movies cards stating that I had 1000 points on the one card and 1200 on the other card which entitled me too free movie on both cards, I then phoned customer care on the day I wanted to go watch a movie which was last week Tuesday,14/04/2015, the consultant assured me that I could watch any movie as long as it was on screen for longer than 7days and not 3D, I specifically asked '' so I can then watch F&F7\ and I was told yes..<br> So I go to Musgrave Centre Tuesday evening and when I swiped my card
