Pathetic Queuing Time at Concession Stand!!!

I was forced to buy 3D glasses for the iMax experience at Gateway Ster-Kinekor. This is done at the concession stand. I went to the one upstairs, and stood in a queue for over FORTY MINUTES (yes 40 minutes) in order to get my glasses and a drink!<br> Out of 12 tills, not even half of them we filled with people to serve, and the turnaround time for serving people was up to 5 minutes per order. <br> I have experienced some atrocious service in my life,but this takes the cake by far! You know that something is wrong when you queue less in a BANK!<br> Seriously, Ster-Kinekor, this is one of South Africa's BIGGEST cinema complexes, and you really got this wrong!<br> What really ****ed me off was that I arrive early for the movie, and due to the slack service, I was about 20 minutes late for the actual start of the movie!!!<br> How can you be so slack in your planning during this time of the year???<br> What will be done about this, and also what will be done about me losing out on the start of the movie? <br> Really, this is beyond unacceptable!!!
