Pathetic Prestige

I spent over R1000 buying Prestige tickets to Avatar as an anniversary treat for my friends. We all placed our popcorn and drinks orders before the movie. An hour into the movie I got up and fetched the popcorn myself, as did most patrons. The second hr of the movie was littered with staff in and out, bringing forgotten straws, or wrong orders. (Never rectified my order) Service was shocking!!!! Definitely not a VIP EXPERIENCE.
