Pathetic Customer Service

I booked a movie at the Brooklyn Cinema. After receiving the booking confirmation, I received an SMS saying that the show was cancelled due to loadshedding. I was advised to contact the cinema via email to arrange for my refund. It has been a month and I have still not received a response. I contacted ster kinekor customer care and no response there as well. I am utterly disappointed with the service received from such a well known company.
