Pathetic Customer Service

<p>Last week i purchased movie tickets online, my bank account was debited twice and when i got to the cinema i was told that the tickets were not booked, so i had to book and pay AGAIN, for the third time! I was told to contact ticket line for a refund. I have called ticket line over 20 times over the past week, waited on the line for atleast 15-20 minutes each time and no one ever answers, i have emailed twice and no response yet.. I am absolutley shocked and disgusted by the poor service. It seems like no one works at the Ster Kinekor Customer Service center.</p>
