Pathethic Service from Ster-Kinekor
Poor service after 5 calls to Ster-kinekor. requested they upload the movie card with the birthday voucher . They claimed system issues and then the supervisor advised that the new voucher was loaded .However the next day it wasn't loaded . I called again and was told to get a new card but no voucher will be loaded . So the previous day , I was spun a story to get me off the phone .
