Patheic service

Just watched the Batman Vs Superman movie and i must say that the service provided at eastgate Cinema's was pathetic. Firstly arriving at the cinema more than an hour earlier then the movie only to end up missing the first 15 minutes of the movie. Having stood in a line for an hour just to collect our drinks and popcorn and being served by Sibongile who clearly does not enjoy her job! We get to collect our snacks when we are told very rudely and unsympathetically that almost every thing we ordered and paid for, they did not have. We did not receive an apology for the inconvenience but instead told:\ i don't have this and this and this!\" so we had to be inconvenienced and had to settle for what ever was available. Surely if you showing a highly anticipated movie, you would cater and accommodate a large crowd. Clearly thats not the case at eastgate. The lack of communication between the counter where your order and pay for drinks and popcorn and where you collect your snacks from sucks. If you do not have stock of certain items, atleast ensure that you do not have it available when people go to order and pay for it. You create an expectation which can not be forfilled and in turns"
