Parow Centre Kinekor service was super bad on Tuesday, 1 May 2018
My family and I visited Ster Kinekor in parow Centre, what a mess it was. To be honest, i wont even recommend anyone to that Ster Kinekor. The Q's were very long, and upon asking the person behind the counter why is there only one person, she answered because we are short staff and went on with the next person. Wasn't even friendly. Tuesday was a public holiday and i am sure everyone knows that on a Tuesday its cheaper. why did Ster kinekor not make prior arrangements. We missed our movie which was 11:00 as we were in the line since 10. We only got attended to at 11:30, unacceptable hey? I need an explanation on this. The line for the refreshments were even longer. How do you people operate?
