Paiud for it never got it

Hi, I went to your Cinema theater at Tyger Valei on Saturday the 4th afternoon between 12 and 2pm hoping to see a movie. The lines was long so i was showed to the self help booth. Booked my tickets and paid for the movie but the system had no paper. I asked for the person who was working there to come and help. When this person came to assist me no tickets was printed. I spoke to the Manager at the desk she took my number and promised me she would phone me back in an hour. I am still waiting on that call. She said that even though it showed that the money went off my account that is sometimes bounce back. Guess what it did not. Please advise what i need to do. The bad thing about this is that they made me feel responsible for this. <br> <br> Regards
