Paid for tickets that I didn't get

I booked 2 tickets online on Sunday for fast and furious 7 at forest hill city. I never received an sms with the reference number for my booking, but the funds were deducted from my credit card. When I arrived at the cinema the next day there wasn't any tickets to collect against my credit card. Needless to say I lost the seats I booked and had to settle for seats right in the front after I had to pay for the tickets AGAIN.<br> <br> I sent a query online after I tried several times to contact the movie line on the number provided<br> <br> I would like to know how I can get the R125 back that I paid.
