Paid for tickets I never received
Same issue as everyone else. Paid for Avengers Endgame and did not receive my tickets. Called their call center and was told my purchase would be refunded within 24hr. It's been 24hrs later and guess what? It's not in my account. This is not acceptable and I want my money back.
