Overall Terrible Service
Logged a complaint and I havent had feedback. We booked 4 tickets and there's only one seat. I know its un-reserved seating but surely if there are 10 tickets only 10 people are supposed to be in the cinema? We speak to the guys that took our tickets and he says that the MANAGER put people from the 17:00 show into the 17
