over-Sold

on the 16th feb 2018 we booked and paid for seats for Black Panther at Maponya mall . when we arrived at CINE 5 there were people who were sitting on the seats that I paid for. worst off all it looked like they oversold the tickets and people were sitting on the walkways. i went to complain along with other people who had booked prior to arriving and the usher told us there was nothing he could do and he gave us attitude therefore those of us who paid early were not allocated our seats and we had to endure 2 hours of sitting by the stairs which was extremely uncomfortable. I cannot be paying money to be sitting on the stairs. this is totally wrong. what is then the point of us booking seats online. this is extremely inappropriate and disgusting!
