Outstanding Service with a Smile

I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate and thank the management and staff at the Gateway cinema for their outstanding service and superb hospitality on every one of our visits.<br> <br> My family and I are regulars at the cinema for the past 5 years and I can confidently say that the service levels, the hospitality and professionalism that we are dealt with on each visit has improved immensely over recent months.<br> <br> We were at the cinema again last Saturday and even thou it was busy, there were numerous helpers around, management chatting to us and the whole time we felt so special.<br> <br> My husband and I discussed this and we really do feel that you have really impressed us. Great job guys and gals. Keep it up. We love the special feeling and seeing so much of attention to customers. I am spreading the word. :-)
