Out of stock & the attitude about it

We went to go see the Saturday, 17:00 movie at the Northmead branch. There was only 1 available cashier for the tickets and the line was out the door. We waited almost an hour to get our tickets. At the refreshments we also waited forever. At the front we couldn't get the fifty shades or grey special (as advertised everywhere), so stock. We couldn't order the regular combo, no stock. In the cinema when we had our slush puppy, there was NO slush, on complaining they said again it was a stock/supply issue, but when ordered they never said anything. Everyone just pulled there shoulders up. On receipt of our \replacement slushy"still no slush & the flavours were wrong. I have NEVER had such a bad movie experience in my life & I would not recommend going there as they just don't care about the customers. """
